"The fate of the city is in the hands of two men. One sold his soul to the mob...the other has been hired to stop him."
A gang of mob-backed street thugs is causing great unrest in Chinatown. The streets are no longer safe and the police are no longer able to cope with the violence. With his town in shambles, the mayor has no one else to turn to, until he gets a mysterious business card that may be his only resort. JD Makay (David Heavener) is a deadly Ninja, who offers his services for a certain price, and is willing to clear Chinatown of the scum.
