Fan Sing plot

A massive fire breaks out at a recycling plant in Hong Kong, revealing a large amount of electronic waste. This causes a radiation crisis throughout the city and exposes a vast underground network of illegal waste being smuggled. The government’s disaster management advisor, the acting director, and the firefighters on the front lines are tasked with pulling off this disaster management operation with no room for error.
