Double Nickels plot

"Fast cars, fast women... and they're the law!"

Smokey's work with the Highway Patrol has few highlights. That changes when he catches a 'repo man', who offers Smokey a job in his company because of his love for fast cars. Although repowerk is a legal gray area, Smokey and his partner Ed decide to go for it. When police show up every time they 'hijack' the cars, they suspect that it is theft instead of confiscation.
