Deep Cover plot

"An FBI Agent Wanted For Murder"

Dutch Leonard (Stephen Nichols) is the leader of a militant extremist group whose intent is to rid the world of all non-whites. But first he has a personal score to settle, because in an FBI raid his brother was killed by FBI agent Kate Mason (Cynthia Rothrock). He has a subordinate set a trap, but it goes all wrong, killing two. Dutch, however, is not going to let it go. Meanwhile, someone else is hunting Kate for personal revenge.
