De Fredløse plot

Norway, 1926. The Swede Mikael is a violent but charming drifter who leaves destruction and pain in his path. Johannes is a fragile, caring and insecure boy who is desperate for love and companionship. Mikael gives Johannes a lift in a car stolen just before and slowly falls under the spell of the criminal. Under the influence of Mikael, the two commit increasingly serious crimes and eventually have to flee from the police after a failed train robbery.
