Dark Vengeance plot

In the future, the earth will be no more than a dangerous, barren world, on which few people live. And those who roam there are addicted to a hallucinogenic drug, so that they can escape the unbearableness of existence for a while. This dependence turns the drug traffickers into warlords, who have far too much power and treat it mercilessly. One man stands up to those in power.
