Crime Stopper plot

A series of assassinations within the US military sparks the interest of the CIA. A special unit led by Brent Stone will investigate the matter. The power-hungry dictator Ortega seems to know more about the matter. Stone follows his trail but has no intention of exchanging a word with the criminal. He prefers to let his gun do the talking.
