Cosa Nostra Asia plot

The American drug lord Alberto is looking for new sources in Asia. Head of the Mafia in Asia is Chan, who soon learns that Alberto is only after his own success. When it turns out that Alberto is also cheating on his own boss, he is banished to Sicily. But it doesn't take long before he gets involved in all kinds of international drug cases.
