Cool Change plot

Park ranger Steve Mitchell is transferred to the Australian highlands. There he meets Joanna, an old flame. She is a cattle farmer and grazes her cows in the highlands. Steve also meets Lee, an aide to the ruling party. The government wants to declare the highland a national park. That would mean the end of livestock farming.
