Singapore's top police officer, Miss Cleopatra Wong, heads the Oceanic Interpol Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and now teams up with their Filipino counterpart to capture a gang of counterfeiters whose actions threaten to bankrupt several Asian countries. Their perilous quest takes them from Singapore to Hong Kong, and finally to Manila, where they find the location of the headquarters of the counterfeiters gang. These are helped by a local nun, who was forced into slave labor.
