Christmas Rush plot

Morgan (Dean Cain) is a suspended Chicago cop who battles a professional thief, Jimmy Scalzetti, on Christmas Eve. Jimmy and his gang have occupied an upscale shopping center after hours and have taken a few employees hostage. Morgan happens to drop by to pick up his wife and discovers Jimmy is looting a large safe. A fierce firefight ensues in the mall and Morgan seems to be winning. Then he discovers that his wife is also held hostage...
