Chain of Command plot
Two undercover cops try to unravel a conspiracy in the oil state of Quimir. Unwillingly, Merrill (Michael Dudikoff) becomes involved in a secret police operation. He has declared war on a band of mercenaries, who in turn terrorize an American oil base.

Watched this movie on DVD today.
A bit of a strange story about an oil crisis, Dudikoff works at this oil company and his staff and he himself are attacked by a gang of bad guys.
So nice opening scene with some explosions and shootings, after that Dudikoff goes to free some of his staff members, because 4 of them have been captured.
With the help of a woman and a small team, an exciting part follows in a kind of village with a lot of bangs and deaths.
Then he goes in search of the leader of the bad guys and some corrupt cops, the last part we see an exciting action spectacle in the form of many shootouts and 1 exciting fight with the final boss.
All in all I enjoyed this and it is just as good as his previous film: ''Marine Fighter / The human shield'' but not the best with Dudikoff.
On to Dudikoff's next film!
