"A Supa True Story"
A Ugandan girl is thrown out of the house by her stepfather. She shoots a gang leader, after which she becomes the infamous Bad Black. American doctor Alan springs into action when his dog tags are stolen and he is taught by a boy from the ghetto named Wesley Snipes. Will Alan and the girl's paths cross?

Super action! Swaaaaz!
Once again, a fun way to kill an hour – entertaining super-low-budget nonsense put together with a lot of love and no resources. It has a bit more coherence than Who Killed Captain Alex?, but not much more – for instance, we start with ten minutes of over-the-top action involving a bank robber, but that seems practically unrelated to the rest of the film. There is a voice-over again, featuring sometimes lame jokes, sometimes pretty good ones, and often much-needed explanations of the plot, because without that, it would be hard to follow. In any case, it revolves around the female gangster Bad Black and her criminal activities. It is a delightful hodgepodge of styles, from action and crime to slapstick to social drama – not always entirely convincing, of course, but certainly amateurish and chaotic nonsense, in the positive sense of the word. And here they make far fewer absurd attempts at special effects than in Who Killed Captain Alex?, and although that yielded hilarious results, perhaps it is for the best. An hour is certainly enough, but I definitely wasn't bored—in fact, I was giggling quite a bit on the couch.
