Called 'Durai' by the natives, British General Robert Clive is brutal and kills many natives to keep cotton production running efficiently. He makes them work 16 hours a day. His son Justin tortures many native girls for his pleasure. When India gains independence, Robert fails to inform the natives so they mistakenly believe they are still slaves.
