An Qu plot

Two policemen. One works by the book and the other in whatever way is necessary to get results. Both are after a big drug lord. An assassin who is also after the man because of a blood feud, encounters the two agents in his path. Meanwhile, a group of young street urchins are on a robbery and planning to make a big deal.
