Agent on Ice plot

CIA boss Kirkpatrick teams up with mob leader Frank Matera to assassinate key political leaders. Young CIA agent John Pope, unaware of Kirkpatrick's plan, is assigned to kill Frank Matera. However, he is framed and expelled from the secret service. Matera even turns out to be alive. Scapegoted and fired from the CIA, John sets out in search of justice and evidence that Frank is still alive.
