3 Days to Kill (2014)

Strong action film that does not rely on action but on father-daughter vicissitudes.

Costner fits this role perfectly and interaction with Steinfeld gives the film an extra level.

The supporting roles provide the necessary humor, only Heard is the odd one out.

Well done that McG (Terminator, this and the babysitter score four stars with me).

It would have been better to delete the entire family story/drama. All those empty dialogues with his daughter really bothered me. The film also limps on three rickety pillars, drama, action and humor...Just go for it...There is no humor (Costner is not a figure for that), action is often annoyingly unclear. The cars scene is just bad, and not very exciting. Yes and then the annoying family drama... Unnecessary, too much... Angry ex, angry daughter. I believe that if you work at the Cia you are not allowed to have relationships.. Logical. Hence Ethan's stupid silence about what he was actually doing that could have saved his relationship. Furthermore, I had the impression, as described above, that Kevin was quite under the influence, smoothly playing his part. (and fat face by the way..coke??)Beautiful images of impressive Paris, which largely save the film. In short, a setback and no more than 2.5 stars ....
