Zlatan Ibrahimovic reckons he would make a great Bond villain, and who are we to argue?
The big Swede is one of the most successful footballers of the last 20 years and recently retired after an illustrious career.
He played for some of the biggest clubs in the world during his career including Barcelona, Manchester United, Milan, Inter, Ajax, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus.
Ibrahimovic won dozens of trophies and is considered one of the greatest players ever not to have ever lifted The Champions League. A maverick goalscorer, he hit the back of the net no less than 570 times across his career.
Even though he has retired, he's still in the public eye and recently sat down for an interview with Piers Morgan, who said that Zlatan had the look of a potential Bond villain.
Ibrahimovic responded in true Ibrahimovic fashion, saying:
"Being the bad guy in a James Bond movie? I would destroy Bond, but I'm very expensive, I don't work for free."
So, Bond Producers Barbara Broccoli And Michael G. Wilson will need to put their hand in their pockets if they want such a formidable foe to go up against 007 for the next movie.
Not only is Ibra 6ft 5in, but he has a black belt in taekwondo, so watch out, James.
Ibrahimovic touched on a range of subjects in the interview with Morgan, including his feud with Pep Guardiola at Barcelona and the future of current Man Utd manager Erik ten Hag, who is currently under major pressure at Old Trafford following a poor start to the current season.
As for Bond, the producers are still looking for a new leading man to take over from Daniel Craig, who retired from the role after No Time to Die.
