Also, movies like ‘F1’ and ‘Sinners’ are titles that we really want to watch.
Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning
An absolute must-watch on this list, is Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning. The movie is the conclusion to the ‘Dead Reckoning’-saga. During this saga, Ethan Hunt (played by Tom Cruise, whom has been seen with Ana de Armas multiple times) and his IMF-team have to face the greatest threat they have ever fought. It’s ‘The Entity’, a sentient, rogue AI bent on global nuclear annihilation. This main threat is aided by a human enforcer called Gabriel, who infiltrates in world systems. The mission of Ethan Hunt is to recover a crucial module, which is called ‘Podkova’. It can only be found in a sunken submarine. After that, a ‘Poison Pill’ malware has to be deployed in order to neutralize the AI. The stakes are personal this time, especially because of the betrayal and impossible choices that are threatening Ethan and his team. Basically, it is the only way to fight against Armageddon.

If you are looking for an action-sport movie, then you can’t miss out on F1. Now that Formula 1 is a hot topic to follow, of course, it wouldn’t last long until a movie would appear. These characters are World War I veterans and used to be Chicago gangsters. Now, they return to their hometown with stolen money, trying to set up a juke-joint for the local Black community. But their plans derail quickly due to a rising supernatural evil. As they battle the vampire threat, they have to break with their past and family loyalties. Dangers are lurking in the town that once used to be quiet. Will the twins survive, or die, fighting the evil?
Ballerina
Ballerina is a movie about Eve Macarro, an assassin and played by the famous Ana de Armas. She is a highly trained assassin from the Ruska Roma traditions. She is on a brutal quest to eliminate those who are responsible for the death of her family. To succeed, she follows and extensive training in material arts, leans how to fight with a sword, how to master the gun and ride on a motorcycle. This way, Eve is navigating the underworld, full of assassins. It is quite an intense movie, combined with stylish actions that remind us of the John Wick-franchise.
Avatar: Fire and Ash
For the last movie, we are diving into a completely different genre. Once, the Avatar-movies have been insanely popular and this year, it is not a difference. The newest edition, ‘Fire and Ash’, is a continuation of the epic saga of Jake Sully (played by Sam Worthington) and Neytiri (Zoe Saldana) on Pandora. Following the events of ‘The Way of Water’, the Sully family, leaves the Omatikaya clan to seek refuge with the nomadic Metkayina clan. This move forces them to adapt to a completely new environment with new cultural dynamics. Of course, there is a threat: the ‘Ash People’, a fire-based Na’vi tribe. We recommend watching the earlier movies of the Avatar-series to understand what the movie is about. The film is expected to explore themes of grief and family dynamics. Of course, viewers will be surprised with the new, visually stunning landscapes and emotionally charged storytelling.
