Millie Bobby Brown admits that she is happy for Stranger Things to finally conclude.
We first saw Brown's character Eleven in 2016 when Stranger Things debuted on Netflix. The character, and all of her friends, have gone through so much as we approach the epic conclusion with season 5 which will premier in 2024.
When we first met Eleven back in season one, we witnessed a shy, haunted child who somehow gained supernatural powers. We now know this was partly due to experimentation conducted at Hawkins National Library.
At the end of Stranger Things 4, Eleven and The Hellfire Club are preparing to face the creatures and monsters that have crossed over into our world from the beyond.
Stranger Things 5 will wrap everything up, and Brown thinks it's a good time for the show to end.
"I'm definitely ready to wrap up," she told Seventeen.
"I feel like there's a lot of the story that's been told now, and we know of it, it's been in our lives for a very long time But I'm very ready to say goodbye to this chapter of my life and open new ones up."
"I'm able to create stories myself that are important to me and focus on the bigger picture. But I'm really grateful (for the show)."
David Harbour, who plays Jim Hopper, recently revealed that season five will begin filming in June of 2023.
Brown wants White Lotus role
In the same interview with Seventeen, Brown talked about her love for HBO series The White Lotus.
And, it seems she's keen to earn a part in season three.
"It was amazing and just such a great show. It's really nice to be able to love a show like that and it deliver on every episode," she explained.
"I mean, I would never say no to that. I've done my fair share of shows, I'm ready."
