Rico, Oskar und die Tieferschatten plot
Rico is ten and as he says himself he is 'mentally retarded', which basically means that he has a slight mental retardation. He lives with his single mother in Berlin. Rico befriends the highly talented Oskar two years his junior and together they go on a criminal hunt. More specifically, they are looking for the infamous kidnapper 'Mister 2000'.
