The Night We Got the Bird plot
After the unscrupulous Brighton antiques dealer Cecil Gibson dies, his widow Julie remarries Bertie and they go on a honeymoon. However, they are chased by a mobster because of an antique bed that Cecil had pawned just before his death to make a quick buck. In addition, they are also constantly harassed by a noisy parrot, who appears to be the reincarnation of Cecil and whose purpose in life seems to disrupt Julie and Bertie's marriage.
