It is 1999. Tomás throws a water balloon from his flat to a pram on the ground below. That is the last straw for his mother and she sends him to his brother in the big city. His brother, Fede, lives in a concrete flat with his friend Santos. They are currently on strike against their fellow students. When Tomás comes along with a cassette with music by Epigmenio Cruz, they go on a journey in search of their idol.
