Baal plot
1969. Baal, a poet and anarchist, has a contradictory relationship with the petty-bourgeois society. Sometimes he tries to understand and quote them, other times he denounces them and rejects them again. The poet leads a simple life: when he is not in his attic, he wanders aimlessly. His way takes him through forests and along highways and meanwhile he always reaches for the bottle. He sleeps with people of both sexes and gets a young actress pregnant, but he can't stay with him. But is he behaving antisocially? Or is it society?
