A cinema hit for its time with poor reviews at the time, this film does not detract from the fact that it also provides a nice picture of the early 60s in London and how 'organised crime' was also active at that time. Drake and Porter match well, with Porter's gullibility bringing him into a world where he does not belong. The slapstick-like ending is easy to watch, entertaining and simple. Well sketched: The dancing in clubs at that time, that alone makes the film worth watching.
