Mo Deng Nian Dai plot
David Ou is a lost magician. When he is swindled by his manager, he seems unable to sink any lower, until Diudiu, a young girl, knocks on his door. She claims to be his daughter, but David doesn't want anything to do with her. However, when David tries to flee the country, Diudiu puts a stop to it. As a result, David must still fulfill his contractual obligations and set up a grand magic trick for a wealthy art dealer.
