"The Cat is back!"
Top Cat and his gang have to deal with a new police chief, who is not at all happy with Officer Dibble's performance to prevent Top Cat's antics. Lou Strickland, the new chief of police, wants to show Top Cat that he is the worst enemy he's ever had. That is why we are starting to automate the police by means of robots. This also puts Dibble's orbit on the slope.
