"When The Wind and Cloud combine, the Fish with the golden scales becomes a dragon."
Lord Conquer is a leader of a powerful clan who wants to conquer the entire world. To realize this, the seer Mud Buddha predicts that in ten years he will have to duel his nemesis Sword Saint. Mud Buddha also tells him about Wind and Cloud, two young children who can help him conquer the world. He has their parents killed and raises the two children himself. But things go awry when Conquer marries his daughter to Wind, pitting Wind and Cloud against each other. In the end, Wind and Cloud find out that Conquer killed their parents and he only used the two for his purpose, and then all that's left for them to do is defeat their former master.
