"Find life in the sky."
Kentaro Saeki keeps failing the exams to become a lawyer and doesn't know what to do anymore. His sister Keiko is a freelance writer and together they decide to investigate the past of their grandfather Kyuzo Miyabe, who died in a kamikaze attack during the war. Their grandfather was terrified of death, so why would he voluntarily join such an action? According to his naval comrades, he was a genius and a coward. Little by little, Kentaro and Keiko reveal the shocking truth that has been hidden for sixty years.
