Suicchi o Osu Toki plot

Because of the high suicide rates among children, the Japanese government decides to set up a program to find out why the children commit suicide. A group of 40 children is taken away from their parents and locked up. They each get a trigger that allows them to commit suicide. The majority do not survive the first year, but a group of six youngsters manage to survive for six years. Then they are assigned a new guard.
