Sputnik plot
We see the events that lead to the 'true' facts of German reunification. Young girl Frederike and her friends build a teleportation machine to send themselves to their beloved Uncle Mike in West Germany, but he accidentally sends all the villagers except themselves to West Berlin. At first they think they are left alone on Earth, but the images on TV show what really happened. To solve this, a race against time and against the evil police officer Mauder begins.
