"Uzumasa Jacopetti"

Shoji Hyakkan lives happily with his wife and child in Uzumasa, Kyoto. He begins to build a house that is held together entirely by the action of magnets. He wants to decorate the walls with a leather skin and therefore steals and slaughters a cow. Police officer Kobayakawa catches him, but decides to blackmail him instead of arresting him.
