Inch'Allah plot
Chloe is a young Canadian doctor who splits her time between Ramallah, where she works at the Red Crescent, and Jerusalem, where she lives near her boyfriend Ava, a young Israeli soldier. Every day Chloe passes the checkpoint between the two cities to go to the refugee camp where she monitors the pregnancies of young women. She meets Rand, one of her patients, and learns about life in the occupied territories and spends some time with Rand's family. Chloe finds herself torn between the two sides of the conflict and tries as best she can to build bridges between her friends. But in the end, she remains the eternal outsider for both sides.
