Twenty-six years ago, government forces were ordered to fire on a group of demonstrators for democracy in Gwangju, killing thousands. Today, a sniper for the national team, the president of a multinational company, a director of a security company and a mobster have hatched a plan to deal with and convict the person responsible for that massacre.
