Kennedy, Cory and James are three unsuccessful directors. They are hired to make a behind the scenes documentary on the set of a new movie. The film is made in an old abandoned hospital. They soon get bored and decide to explore the hospital. They soon discover that things aren't right and that the hospital is hiding several terrifying secrets...
