Un Plan Parfait plot
At the Lefebvres, every first marriage ends in divorce. Some see it as a curse, others as complete nonsense, but 30-year-old Isabelle decides not to put her long-standing relationship with Pierre to this test. No marriage for her. Until Pierre stubbornly declares that he does not want children until they are married. So Isabelle has no choice but to find a first husband and get a divorce. A plan doomed to fail leads her to Jean-Yves Berthier, the editor-in-chief of the Rough Guide, whom she follows from Mount Kilimanjaro all the way to Moscow, on a wedding adventure in good and, in her case, especially bad days.
