"Only one man has the power to stop a war."
Johnny Hawks, the famous Native American hunter, returns to the West after the Civil War. He makes a treaty with Sioux Indians so that a caravan of setters can travel unhindered through their territory. But two gold diggers and Johnny's love for an Indian girl puts everything in jeopardy.
