Sexton Blake and the Hooded Terror plot
When Granite Grant is attacked in China by the killers who are part of an international gang of criminals - known as the "Black Quorum" and led by the mysterious brain "The Serpent" - he enlists the help of private investigator Sexton Blake. Meanwhile, in Baker Street, Blake's assistant Tinker is drugged by millionaire philatelist Michael Larron, who poses as a pastor to find out what Blake knows about the Black Quorum.
