Brown's Requiem plot

"In L.A., The Law Is Still For Sale."

Fritz Brown, fired as a police officer for drinking alcohol, is now a private investigator, filling his time recovering unpaid cars and listening to Beethoven. His dull life is turned upside down when Fat Dog Baker hires him to help rescue his 17-year-old sister Jane. Brown realizes immediately that things are not right when he discovers that the sexy Jane lives with an elderly mob boss. Entangled in a web of crime and corruption, he faces the man who had him fired from the police force.
