Album(s) d'Auschwitz plot

The film tells the story of the Hungarian Lili Jacob through two photo albums. One shows a convoy of Hungarian Jews being brought into the camp on May 26, 1944. Lili Jacob was one of the few survivors from the group. Most were murdered in the gas chambers just hours after their arrival. The other album, made by SS officer and guard Karl Hucker, shows the carefree life of himself and his colleagues in and around the camp.
