"A bunch of zany Hong Kong cops get mixed up with the Japanese underworld."
Eric Kidstuff is asked by the police to investigate the international arms trade between two gangs. One is the Japanese Yakuza and the other a group of terrorists. Eric visits the police station and meets Quito, an old friend he grew up with in the orphanage. When they hug each other, some passing police officers see it. They immediately get wrong thoughts and tell Albert, the man from Quito. Albert refuses to listen to her and starts a fight with Eric.
