Hitler's Children plot
Only the smell of burnt corpses and the thick layer of ash that covered the garden could not be eradicated, says Rainer Hoess almost seventy years later. His grandfather was the commander of Auschwitz, his father grew up there. Rainer has finally gathered the courage to visit the former concentration camp with a Jewish friend. Besides Rainer, the relatives of other leaders of the Nazi regime also have their say. They tell about what it is like to have to live with this historical ballast.
