Charlie just got out of school and is eager to discover Europe. He takes a plunge and ends up in Italy with no plans, friends or a place to stay. He is ready to explore the world, meet new people and postpone adulthood at all costs. Before long, he's on the run from the mafia, falls in love with the beautiful Italian beauty Valentina, and parties a little too much with Lele, who has proclaimed himself King of Bolognia. Charlie may have graduated but begins to fail in the real world until he finds a way to afford his new lifestyle.
