"Coming soon to a reality near you"
Nick Brady (Jonathan Scarfe) works at a record store in Berkeley. At some point, he has strange visions of an entity he calls VALIS. Because of this, he decides to move back to his family in Los Angeles where he becomes a successful record executive. With the help of his friend, science-fiction writer Philip K. Dick (Shea Whigam) and a mysterious woman named Silvia (Alanis Morissette), he becomes involved in a dangerous political conspiracy of cosmic proportions.
