Toomelah plot

In a remote Aboriginal community, ten-year-old Daniel yearns to be a real gangster, just like the male role models in his life. Skipping, fighting and dealing for local gang leader Linden allows him to join the city's main gang. Daniel is just on his way to fulfilling his goal when rival drug dealer Bruce returns from prison. A violent confrontation ensues in which Linden and his gang are taken to prison. Suddenly Daniel is alone and vulnerable. He will have to make a choice for a better future…
