De Bende van Hiernaast plot

A number of children from an apartment building cause an accident with Erik's moped, the big brother of one of them. The moped is confiscated. To collect money for a new moped, they participate in a musical competition. For this they 'borrow' all kinds of things from their parents. They blame a group of caravan dwellers for this.
