The 'Socalled' Movie plot

In this documentary, director Garry Beitel follows the artist Josh Dolgin aka 'Socalled'. Dolgin got his stage name from the fact that in high school he gave himself an exaggerated (especially considering his physical) nickname, after which a DJ started calling him 'the so-called'. The film focuses on its numerous artistic outlets; from classic American songs to more recent hip-hop and Yiddish influences.
