Ken Ki plot
Hanpei is born from the womb of a court servant. It is not known who his father is. Since the woman had a close relationship with a dog, the boy is called Dog Boy. He grows up without prestige, in the house of an old samurai. When he lands a job as a florist at the castle, people soon learn that he can run as fast as a horse at full gallop. When he also learns swordsmanship from a ronin, he becomes an assassin who must protect his landlord from spies.
