Independence Day plot
"A small town is a hard place to have a big dream."
Mary Ann wants to study photography in Los Angeles to get out of the stuffy confines of her own small town. But the love for her ailing mother and her new boyfriend Jack hinder her decision and in Nancy, Jack's sister, she finds a good friend. But when the opportunity to study in Los Angeles becomes more tempting because of a scholarship, the doubt starts to strike again.
