Avetik plot
With cryptic symbolism, the history of Armenia is told through the character Avetik, an Armenian filmmaker living in exile in Berlin. The autobiographical resemblance to director Askarian himself is intertwined with historical events such as the genocide of 1915 and with medieval poetry.
